Photography will be available in the:

SUMMIT FOYER

(Near Check in)  / 1700 – 2100 Hours

The professional photographer will be available for amazing photos. You are able to select many packages with single, couple or group photographs. The photographs will be available on the spot. If you choose not to have printed photos you can opt for a USB drive in the shape of a bullet which will have all your digital photos without watermarks.

The Child Care Room will be available in the:

ELDERBERRY ROOM

(second floor)  / 1700 – 2100 Hours

The professional child care providers will provide a safe and welcoming environment. Please see the Child Care page for more information and reservations.

The Ball will be held in the:

SUMMIT BALLROOM C

1700-2300 Hours

(TBA)

The ball check in will take place 1700-1745 on the first floor near the entrance to the ballroom. Photography, belly tables and the main check in table can be found there. There will be seating charts around the cocktail lounge to tell you where you’re assigned.

Once you enter the main ball room take your seats and await the official party and colors. There will be a toast on the table. Please ensure you have a drink for the ceremonial toasts, to toast with an empty cup is frowned upon.

​

Dancing will be available from the middle of dinner to 2300 hours with in and out privileges. Remember to keep your decorum while dancing.

The Changing / Respite room will be available in the:

Males: GREEN ROOM C

Females: GREEN ROOM B

(second floor)  / 1600 – 2300 Hours

The Changing / Respite room is available for attendees who are not hotel guests. It will be open earlier and available to get rested, change and prepare for the ball. It will have water, iron, ironing boards, mirrors and complementary toiletries. Remember do not leave valuables in the room.

Valet Service
VALET WILL BE AVAILABLE AT $20.00 THE NIGHT OF THE BALL.

Guests may also use the complimentary self-parking in the North Parking Garage off of Pechanga Parkway, or in the East Parking Garage off of Pechanga Resort Drive.

Face Coverings
Consistent with CDC guidelines, vaccinated Pechanga do not need to wear facemasks inside. We kindly ask unvaccinated guests to continue the use of face masks.

 

Guest Check In
Guests will check in at the hotel front desk in the hotel lobby.

 

HOTEL ROOMS & EXPERIENCE

Cleaning, Sanitizing, Disinfecting
Following a guest’s departure, each room is again methodically cleaned, sanitized and disinfected using hospital grade cleansers that meet EPA standards against COVID-19. All paper products such as magazines and note pads, ad cubes, bibles, as well as pens, have been removed from hotel rooms. All glassware and mugs have been removed and replaced with individually wrapped cups.

Housekeeping strictly follows the California Hotel Lodging Association (CHLA) guidelines on the Clean and Safe checklist. In addition, Pechanga utilizes Electrostatic Disinfecting Sprayers throughout all Guest Rooms and Public Areas of the Hotel.

 

Room Service
Room service is available 24-hours a day. You can find the selections via your in-room television on Pechanga Dining Channel 3.

 

Extra Pillows, Blankets
The extra pillows and blankets you may be used to seeing in your hotel room closet have been removed at Pechanga. We are happy to provide them to you upon request.

 

Housekeeping Service
Housekeeping will not automatically perform stayover or turndown service at this time. Should a guest request housekeeping service, guests must be out of the room before the housekeeping service begins.

 

Hotel Elevators
Pechanga Environmental Sanitation Team Members will clean and sanitize the elevators and button panels regularly.

Restaurants and Bars
Some of Pechanga’s restaurant and bar choices are not available at this time. Please refer to the EAT page on Pechanga.com for more information.

Guests wishing to dine at the Great Oak Steakhouse, Paisano’s Italian or Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar should make prior reservations either over the phone (951-770-8507 for Great Oak Steakhouse – 951-770-8506 for Paisano’s – 951-770-8504 for Umi) or via OpenTable.com.

Walk-up guests at Blazing Noodles, Pechanga Café, Bamboo, 1882 Cantina and Journey’s End will be put on a waitlist and will be sent a text message when their tables are available.
